UMAY’s first product to meet with its customer, which started its commercial life as a company that processes 300 liters of milk per day in Istanbul's Kadıköy district, is heavy cream.
UMAY has constantly followed technological developments in its field closely and meticulously from the day it was founded until today. The technological experience gained from this rigorous follow-up is implemented directly and without delay in all stages of production (production planning, production, packaging, storage, shipment and presentation).
The company, whose headquarters is located in Istanbul and which continues to grow rapidly has entitled to receive the title of UMAY GIDA SUT URUNLERI/FOOD DIARY PRODUCT since 1998.
UMAY has the mission of producing first quality products and has always aimed at this mission with the works focusing on customer satisfaction.
UMAY has carried out works in compliance with the Turkish Food Codex and the traditional Turkish palatal delight at all stages from entering of milk into the factory to manufacturing, storage and sales and offering the product to the final customer.
UMAY continuously develops its product range with new designs so as to adapt to the market conditions. The company offers its customers clotted cream of Water Buffalo, clotted cream of Cow, Yoghurt of Water Buffalo (Pan, Glass, Stew, etc.), Strained Yogurt and Butter.
UMAY has maintained its works with excitement and energy focused on continuous customer satisfaction for Clotted Cream Line, Yoghurt Line, Packing Line and Delivery Line hat it has formed in its structure, in order to offer these products to its customers.
